Can I pay with PayPal?
No, I can't use paypal.
Not only is the fee very high, it freezes my funds as soon as they enter my account, leaving me with no way to pay for production costs and shipping.

Can I combine my orders?
Yes, please contact me for assistance so I can give you a code for shipping discount on your second order. You can only combine up to two orders!

Can I place an order with both in stock and preorder items?
You can, but keep in mind I will send your order only after I have received the preorder items so I can ship everything together.

Do you ship to my country?
I ship worldwide to most countries except for Germany, Malaysia and Brazil. If your country is not listed chances are I missed it, since I have to input each country manually and I haven't gotten to all of them yet, feel free to message me about it!

What payment method do you use?
I use stripe as payment method. At checkout it will show different options of payment depending on your country, including payment by card, apple pay, etc. The amount charged is in MXN (mexican peso).

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please refer to my shipping page for more info.

How long do preorders take to get shipped out?
Production alone can take up to 1-2 months, then 1-2 weeks for me to start packing and shipping orders.

Would there be a rerun of _____?
For requests of merch you'd like me to restock/run another preorder of please leave them here. If  there's enough interest I might consider it for future shop openings. 


GROUP ORDERS

Please contact me before hosting a Group Order as shipping costs tend to be higher than the ones set for my regular orders. 

General guidelines:
- GO moderators should get my approval before opening a GO.

- I will link GOs approved by me under my shop opening tweet.

- Final orders should be placed on my shop, any additional shipping cost will be handled via Stripe invoice if or paypal(Us only) if needed.

- GOMs must make a final confirmation including their order number as well as how many orders they received for the ongoing GO in order to get the order freebies, this can be done via either DM or notes at checkout. If no freebies are provided it means the GOM failed to provide the total order quantity info and thus, those orders were not taken into account when ordering freebies.

In case I notice a group order placed without getting prior permission from me, I'll email the customer and ask for the correct price for shipping. If the customer refuses and/or fails to cover the extra shipping costs they will be banned from future purchases.
