SHIPPING INFO AND DISCLAIMERS
- Shipping prices are flat and my shop is configured for individual orders. In case I notice a group order placed without getting prior permission from me, I'll email the customer and ask for the correct price for shipping. If the customer refuses and/or fails to cover the extra shipping costs they will be banned from future purchases.
- Flat shipping covers shipping for most of the orders, if your order surpasses the flat shipping cost I'll email you in order to ask for the remaining price for shipping.
- I ship from Mexico.
- I ship using Mexico's Standard Postal service, you can track your package using your country's post office website.
- Due to the implementation of the new GPSR guidelines I won't be shipping to EU countires for the time being, I appreciate your understanding.
- Aside from the EU I also won't be shipping to Malaysia and Brazil, as my packages have been returned without listing the reason. If your country is not listed chances are I missed it, feel free to message me about it!
- All orders come with standard shipping and tracking. If you wish me to ship your order by a different mail service please do contact me privately.
- I send everything in bubble mailers and with backing cards for prints & stickers. I recycle cardboard and bubble wrap from of packages I get.
- Allow me 1-2 weeks to ship your package. I drop packages in bulks that's why I need a 1-2 week timeframe.
- Once you get your tracking, it means I've dropped your package and it's on it's way. It can take up to a week for the code to show up or show any updates since our post office is slow.
- Packages can take from 3 weeks up to 2 months to arrive depending on the country.
- I'm not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages.
TAXES/CUSTOMS
The shipping cost covers for; the shipping rate from the post office and materials used for packaging, it DOES NOT cover additional custom charges that may apply depending on your country. Please keep this in mind before ordering, as I won't be paying for additional charges.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
Once the package has been dropped, it's out of my hands. I don't work with the postal service, I know as much as you do which is the tracking updates. You can still contact me, any question you may have I can ask the post office and see if there's anything that can be done but please keep in mind that in most cases there might be not much I can do.
RETURNED PACKAGES
I'm not responsible for any lost, returned or unclaimed packages. However please do message me if you notice your package has been returned, as I have to go and personally pick it up at the post office and they not always notify me when a package has been sent back.
If the package reaches me back then I'm able to offer either; to resend your package, as long as you're willing to cover the shipping cost, or issue a refund for the items (shipping fee excluded). Please note this offer stands only if you reply within 1 month after the first notification mail with the offering has been sent. After that period of time has passed I won't be held responsible to issue neither of them anymore.
*Returned packages can take more than 1 month to reach me back so please keep that in mind.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Unfortunately once the package is handed to the post office it's out of my hands how it is handled, however:
In case of broken acrylic pieces please do contact me for the possibility of a replacement.
You must notify me upon arrival, sending photos and order number, otherwise I can't guarantee the offer will still stand.
While I add backing cards to prevent damage as much as possible, sadly is a common occurrence for prints to arrive with the edges a little bent due to how they are handled in transit. In this case I won't be offering a replacement for prints, I appreciate your understanding.
OTHER ISSUES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not yet gotten your package, please get in contact with your local post office as soon as possible. This issue is beyond my control, I hope you understand I'm not to be held responsible for mistakes made by the local carrier.
I strongly encourage to keep an eye out on the tracking updates every couple of weeks or so.
In the same manner, I'm not responsible for any address typos made by the customer that may result in wrong delivery of the package. If you notice a mistake in your address or would like to change it please reach out to me via email.
