RETURNED PACKAGES
I'm not responsible for any lost, returned or unclaimed packages. However please do message me if you notice your package has been returned, as I have to go and personally pick it up at the post office and they not always notify me when a package has been sent back.
If the package reaches me back then I'm able to offer either; to resend your package, as long as you're willing to cover the shipping cost, or issue a refund for the items (shipping fee excluded). Please note this offer stands only if you reply within 1 month after the first notification mail with the offering has been sent. After that period of time has passed I won't be held responsible to issue neither of them anymore.
*Returned packages can take more than 1 month to reach me back so please keep that in mind.
REFUNDS
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or refunded, please take your time when ordering and keep that in mind. Refunds may be provided only in specific situations like in case of returned packages or sudden changes in the shipping polices where it's not possible for me to ship your order.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Unfortunately once the package is handed to the post office it's out of my hands how it is handled and I'm not to be held responsible for any damaged packages, however:
In case of broken acrylic pieces please do contact me for the possibility of a replacement.
You must notify me upon arrival, sending photos and order number, otherwise I can't guarantee the offer will still stand.
PROXY/GOM DISCLAIMER
If you would like to buy by proxy or join a GO, please keep in mind the following.
You must abide by the proxy’s policies, and/or fees (if any).
I’m not to be held responsible for any orders handled by proxy or GOM. The proxy or GOM must verify everything arrives according to order and if there’s any issues contact me not long past 2 days after the package has been delivered. After that time is due I won’t be answering any inquiries regarding damaged or missing items.
If an item arrives damaged after the proxy ships to you or there’s any issue with your order, please discuss it with your proxy and not with me. Issues must be settled between you and your 3rd party service representative.
